+ WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STARTING THE REVOLVE PILATES PROGRAM?

+ WHO CAN DO PILATES AND IS IT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Pilates is great for anyone even if you haven’t done it before. It can be adapted for any fitness level and most physical conditions. If you have a specific condition, we recommend that you contact us as our Private Personalized Sessions may be better suited.

+ DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

Our programs include videos with and without at home equipment so you don’t need anything except some space at home you can move in.

However, we do recommend using some at home equipment as these can provide a greater range and variety of exercises which will promote even better and faster results.

+ HOW DO THE REVOLVE PILATES PROGRAMS WORK?

Please sign up now to join one of our 1, 3 or 6 month programs. Once joined, you will be able to access a catalogue of videos, with more being added each week. These online videos will be delivered through an exclusive access website or through an app. Click here to sign up now.

+ IS THERE A MINIMUM TERM?

Our programs start with a 1, 3, or 6 month minimum term. Once you reach the conclusion of your term your plan will rollover to a monthly plan which can be paused or cancelled at any stage after the initial minimum term.

+ HOW DO I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Once you have completed your initial subscription contract period, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

You can pause your subscription for a maximum of two (2) months at which time your monthly plan and payment will automatically restart.

+ IS THE PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH AN INJURY OR FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?

Whilst in person Studio Pilates can be suitable and beneficial for people with injuries or those that are pregnant, our online programs are not structured to the specific needs of these individuals, so we cannot cater for these in our standard program options. If you have specific requirements, please reach out to us using our email contact@revolvepilates.com so we can discuss the possibility of providing Private Personalized Sessions.

+ HOW ARE THE VIDEOS VIEWED?

Our programs and pre-recorded videos are viewed through an online portal or through our App. They cannot be downloaded for offline usage.

+ I AM HAVING LOGIN ISSUES?

Firstly, please ensure you are using the correct email address and password that your registered your account with.

Once confirmed, we suggest that you click the reset password link.
